​John D. Hale Jr.

John D. Hale is a commercial and residential investment specialist, focusing exclusively in the states of California and Utah.  He is a leader in connecting capital with real property on both the institutional and private levels.

Since founding JOTS Real Estate in 2002, Mr. hale has been involved in the acquisition or disposition of approximately 3.0 million square feet of property valued in excess of $500 million. 

Mr. Hale has represented clients such as Equity Office, Prudential Real Estate Investors, Harsch Investment Properties, The Shidler Group, RREEF, W.P. Carey Inc., Pacifica Real Estate Group, Auerbach Realty, Arden Realty, Real Estate Capital Partners, Hibiscus Investments (Cornes & Company Ltd.) and Mitsui Real Estate Sales.

After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1996 with an emphasis in International Finance, Mr. Hale began his real estate career in San Diego, California.   Mr. Hale is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designee of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
