John Hale

John’s career began as a commercial investment broker and acquisition specialist, specializing in office and industrial property sales in the Western States. During his twenty-year tenure, John was directly responsible for the acquisition and sale of over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space with an aggregate value in excess of $700 million. He is a pinned SIOR and CCIM. Additionally, John has been responsible for negotiating and closing leases and private home sales totaling nearly $100 million and has a proven track record of success across all facets of real estate.

John graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is an Eagle Scout, speaks near fluent German but can’t quite figure out, though very close, how to top 80 MPH on skis. He and his wife have four boys and two granddaughters. John enjoys travel, cars, fashion, writing and mogul skiing.
